Sold the house
We have finally sold the house in Charleston, SC. We bought it in 2008 and only lived in it for 9 months before we had to move. It is the right time to sell so I got a real estate agent and he was really good. We sold the house in less than 2 months and we got what we wanted for it. I paid off my parents, paid off Paul and paid off all of our credit cards!!!!! It feels so good to not be in debt. It went pretty smoothly and we are so grateful because it came at the perfect time when we weren't getting any more loans for school. We truly felt the Lord's hand in helping us sell the house.

Remember how we all prayed in Los Angles that your house and Rachael's house would sell? Yes, you are so blessed. Blessed that you had the house when you needed it. And blessed that you had renters the whole time you didn't. And now blessed to have sold it and PAID OFF your credit cards. Dave Ramsey would be so proud!!
It’s good to hear that you got what you wanted for your house and that you are now debt free. You are very lucky, and you should be grateful that you sold your house within a short duration; some people struggle to sell their house for years. I am happy for you guys, Cheers!

Really good tips that I will be incorporating very soon as my husband and I are selling our house after living in it for 14 years. It will be a tough journey but I look forward to our new home. Great idea with the curb appeal - a really good way to get more folks interested when they see it. Thanks.
